Simple and Healthy Chocolate “Ice Cream”


1 cup Greek Yogurt
¼ cup Chocolate Protein Powder
1 ounce chocolate soy milk (dairy will work fine too)


  1. Scoop the yogurt, milk, and protein powder into the food processor or smoothie maker. You need some sort of milk/liquid or else it doesn’t blend properly.
  2. Blend until completely smooth, and then pour into a bowl or a cup. A mason jar will work too.
  3. Place in the freezer for two to three hours (maybe a bit more depending on temperature) until mostly solid.
